Outside Condenser

Aprsns will clean out coil and run a system check on unit. Aprsns will create a report of any issues found.
Air Handler unit.

Aprsns will pull fan and clean out fan wheel. Aprsns will clean inside cabinet to remove and mold and dust from unit. Aprsns will clean coils with a no rinse solution. Occasionally the coils will have to be removed to clean. This is an extra expense.
Filter Change

Aprsns will change out filter with a high fiber filter. Cost of filter are not included in price. Most filter
cost are $10 unless special sizes.
Commercial Restaurant Services
Cleaning, System Performance Check
Walk-in

Aprsns will clean both evaporator coils, and condenser coils. Aprsns will pull all evaporator fans and clean them. Aprsns will perform a system check on units. Any issues will be noted and discussed with customer. A food grade chemical will be used inside walk-in cooler and freezer.
Ice Machine Cleaning

Aprsns will tear down complete ice making components and clean them with scale and mold cleaner. Aprsns will then reassemble unit and preform and cleaning cycle on unit. Aprsns will perform a system check. any issues will be noted and explained to customer. A mesh filter will be placed on condenser to help keep out dirt and oils. Ice bin will be emptied and cleaned. Complete system will be sanitized.
Refrigerated And Freezer Self Contained Units

Aprsns will clean both evaporator coils, and condenser coils. Aprsns will pull all evaporator fans and clean them. Aprsns will perform a system check on units. Any issues will be noted and discussed with customer. A food grade chemical will be used inside cooler and freezer. Customer will be responsible for removal of food from unit.
Frozen Drink Machine

Aprsns will clean condenser coils. Aprsns will pull all evaporator fans and clean them. Aprsns will perform a system check on units. Any issues will be noted and discussed with customer. A tune up kit will be provided for the machine.
Commercial Hvac Systems
Cleaning, System Performance Check
HVAC Package Rooftop unit

Aprsns will clean both coils. Aprsns will test unit for issues and will send a report to customer if issues found. Aprsns will change filters with high quality fiber.
Condenser Cleaning

Aprsns will clean the coils of the outside unit. Aprsns will complete a system check. All issues will be noted and given to the customer for approval to fix.
Air Handler HVAC unit

Aprsns will pull fan and clean the fan blades. Then Aprsns will clean mold and debree from inside cabinet. Aprsns will clean coils with a no rinse cleaner. Any control issues will be noted and brought up to customer.
Air Filter Changing Program

Aprsns will pull all air filters and change them out with high fiber filter. Aprsns will clean air registers inside building. This is a yearly contract service that is billed monthly. Package units will add $30. Pricing is per system
